The Centre for Eating, Weight and Body Image (CEWBI) is looking for a registered psychologist to join our Albury-Wodonga clinic.
CEWBI is led by Clinical Director Professor Leah Brennan, who is based in regional Victoria at La Trobe University's Wodonga campus. Leah's commitment to regional communities was recognised with the 2023 Australian Psychological Society's Significant Contribution to Rural and Remote Communities award - and it's at the heart of how CEWBI operates.
We know that working as a psychologist in regional Australia can mean challenging access to the training, supervision and clinical direction that helps you grow. We want to change that. Any psychologist joining our Albury-Wodonga clinic will get the same level of support, training and team connection as our Melbourne-based team.
We're growing our presence in Albury-Wodonga, with a clinic space ready and a vision to build a strong local team connected to our Melbourne-based clinical team.
We're looking for a registered psychologist who wants to develop their practice in eating, weight and body image - whether you have eating disorder experience or not. You'll start with less complex presentations and build your confidence over time, with structured supervision every step of the way. You can also see general psychology clients alongside your ED caseload.

Who we're looking for:

Registered psychologist (general, clinical, health, counselling, or educational & developmental)

Curious about eating, weight and body image - you don't need ED experience

Based in or willing to relocate to the Albury-Wodonga area
