Get into the psychology field before you're qualified

Four people who started in this team tell you what working at CEWBI was like, and what it did for their careers.

Why Work
at CEWBI

Our client services and training support team sit at the centre of how CEWBI runs. You'd be booking clients, supporting our clinicians, and working with expert trainers who run eating disorder workshops throughout the year.

For many who have worked in the admin team over the years, this role was the first time working in a clinical environment, and a useful part of their pre-registration path. You see how an evidence-based practice works from the inside, and you build the kind of experience that can stand out on an honours or master's application.

Client Services Roles

Client Services / Administrative Assistant

(Full Time) - CURRENTLY RECRUITING

A full-time role for someone who is taking a break from studies and looking for a significant amount of experience in the field, ideally over a couple of years. You'd be the first point of contact for clients across our practices, managing bookings, Medicare and the systems that keep everything moving. Well suited to a psychology or allied health student taking a break from study who wants to put what they've learned to work, gain relevant work experience and connect with people like minded professionals in the psychology field.

Training Support Administrator

(Casual) - NOT CURRENTLY RECRUITING

A casual, flexible role running the admin and tech behind our online training workshops. You'd host the Zoom room, welcome clinicians as they arrive, introduce the trainer on behalf of CEWBI, keep the session running and support the presenter with breakout rooms and roll plays. A great fit for a confident communicator who's comfortable on camera. A psychology or allied health background helps, though we're equally keen to hear from strong admin people with sharp Zoom skills.

We're not recruiting for this role at the moment. To hear when it next opens, email emma.sparenburg@cewbi.com.au.
